We are seeking experienced Team Leads for Office 365 and Intune to manage Office 365 services, Exchange On-Premises, and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions. This role demands strong leadership skills, security expertise, and proficiency in Japanese (N2 or higher).

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Power BI
• Manage and configure Exchange On-Premises environments, including server maintenance, migrations, and hybrid Exchange setups
• Design, implement, and manage user accounts, licenses, and security policies across Office 365 applications and Exchange On-Premises
• Configure and enforce advanced security measures, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and conditional access policies for Office 365 and Exchange
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Office 365 applications, Exchange On-Premises, and related services to ensure high availability
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, reports, and PowerShell scripts to enhance administrative efficiency.
• Manage and configure UEM solutions (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE, or similar) for device management across multiple platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS)
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of devices, applications, patches, and updates through UEM tools to ensure security and compliance
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce security policies, compliance standards, and best practices across Office 365, Exchange On-Premises, and managed endpoints
• Provide escalated technical support for Office 365, Exchange On-Premises, UEM-related device issues, and end-user inquiries, ensuring effective troubleshooting and resolution

Yêu cầu công việc

• 6–10 years of experience in managing Office 365, Exchange On-Prem, and Intune/UEM
• In-depth knowledge of security policies, compliance, and automation
• Experience in IT leadership or senior technical roles
• Fluency in Japanese (verbal and written) at N2 level or higher is required
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users
• Based in Tokyo, Japan, or open to relocation
