Due to the confidential nature of the project, details regarding the job responsibilities will be provided during the interview.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficient in Japanese, with strong communication skills with Japanese clients, equivalent to N1 or higher.
Experience in any programming language (minimum 1 year of IT coding experience).
Experience as a BrSE or interest in pursuing a BrSE role (ability to work independently with clients before the offshore team is developed).

Base Salary: Negotiable based on mutual agreement.

Bonuses:

Bi-annual bonuses, awarded in July and December.
Performance reviews conducted twice annually, with an annual salary increase.
Referral bonuses for recommending candidates and clients to the company.
Bonuses for successfully obtaining Japanese language and technology certifications.
Additional bonuses as stipulated by company policies.

Allowances:

Housing Allowance: 50% support, with a maximum of 30,000 JPY.
Transportation Allowance: Reimbursed based on actual expenses; employees are responsible for amounts exceeding 30,000 JPY.
Dependent Allowance: 10,000 JPY per dependent (spouse working under 1,030,000 JPY annually and children receive 10,000 JPY/month each).
Seminar Allowance: Provided for seminar participation.

Relocation assistance (as per company policy).

Annual Flight Allowance to Vietnam: 50,000 JPY (awarded once in December, 50% if not completing a full 12 months).
