Provide technical leadership across several active projects, focusing on areas such as enterprise systems, integration solutions, and AI-powered applications.
Lead solution architecture across a broad tech stack including Java, Python, C#, full-stack development frameworks, and cloud infrastructures like AWS and Azure.
Assess existing systems and recommend improvements in architecture, scalability, security, and overall system performance.
Research and adopt cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI and intelligent automation where relevant.
Collaborate directly with Japanese clients to gather technical requirements and deliver scalable, pragmatic solutions.
Act as the technical liaison between the client-side stakeholders and the offshore delivery team in Vietnam, ensuring consistent quality, alignment, and execution.
Oversee daily technical operations, conduct code and design reviews, and mentor developers in industry best practices.
Coordinate schedules, manage resource allocation, and report project progress while maintaining regular communication with both clients and internal leadership.
Champion a "quality-first" mindset, ensuring all deliverables adhere to Japanese engineering standards and thorough documentation practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture, with hands-on skills in Java, Python, C#, and both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (especially AWS), including architecture design, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline management.
Solid understanding of AI technologies, particularly Generative AI, with the ability to evaluate and implement these where applicable.
Proven background in technical leadership, with experience managing mid-to-large engineering teams and making key architectural decisions.
Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of overseeing multiple concurrent projects and leading distributed teams.
Japanese proficiency: Business level or higher (equivalent to JLPT N2 or above) – essential for technical discussions and client interaction.
English proficiency: Able to communicate effectively with global/offshore teams.
Familiarity with Japanese engineering and project management practices, including rigorous quality control, structured reporting, and disciplined processes.
