Mô tả công việc

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and tickets, offering assistance in both Japanese and English
  • Perform first-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and application issues
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service on assigned tasks
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate L2 or L3 support teams, following internal procedures
  • Monitor service desk queues, prioritize requests based on urgency and impact, and ensure timely resolution
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced IT issues related to software, O365, and Windows operating systems
  • Assist with password resets, account lockouts, user account management, and Active Directory / ARS platform tasks
  • Support software installations and updates, ensuring systems remain current and secure, and manage hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues, including connectivity, VPN access, and Wi-Fi problems
  • Log and track incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate details and timely follow-ups

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 2-7 years of experience in Service Desk / Technical Support (L1)
  • Fluency in both Japanese (JLPT N2/N1/BJT J1+) and English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Provide support via phone, email, and self-service tickets, with a willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills for supporting global customers
  • Experience with Active Directory, O365, software installations, printers, and standard applications
  • Proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, Genesys, and BeyondTrust (Bomgar)
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi
  • Basic knowledge of Major Incident Management (MIM) and ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
