Meeting with clients to understand and address their technical and engineering requirements
Researching and exploring advanced technologies
Offering expert guidance on available solutions and potential technical adjustments
Diagnosing and resolving engineering and technical issues

Yêu cầu công việc

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering
A strong portfolio of completed projects
Experience in designing cloud solutions (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
In-depth knowledge of microservice architecture
Strong expertise in front-end technologies, particularly PWA and cross-platform development
Advanced troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven experience as a technical leader with the ability to mentor and train team members
Proficiency in Japanese communication

Nice to Have:

Experience in quality assurance, including functional, performance, and security testing
Experience as an engineering consultant
Experience in project and team management, particularly within agile methodologies
Fluent communication skills in Japanese
Experience in sales and marketing within the outsourcing software development industry
