Management and Operation of the Software Production Center:

• Develop and execute business strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and strengthening the competitive position of the center.
• Conduct market analysis, identify new business opportunities, and propose solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Oversee and monitor project progress within the production center, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timely delivery as per customer requirements.
• Analyze business and production data to inform strategic decision-making.
• Implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Propose and implement strategies for improving software production processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance, business results, and key performance indicators to the executive leadership team.

Customer and Partner Relations:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to further develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Team Development:

• Recruit, build, and develop a highly skilled team of software engineers, project managers, and other relevant roles within the center.
• Provide training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team remains current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Manage team performance, conduct evaluations, and recommend appropriate reward and promotion policies.
• Cultivate a positive and innovative team culture that fosters creativity and encourages continuous improvement.

Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field within the IT industry.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is advantageous.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese (N2 certification or higher).

Professional Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role (such as Head/Deputy Head of Production Department, Director, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and project management tools (Redmine, Jira, Trello, etc.).

Skills:
