Management and Operation:

• Develop and implement business strategies aimed at deepening customer relationships and strengthening the center's competitive position.
• Analyze the market, identify new business opportunities, and propose solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage and monitor the progress of projects within the production center, ensuring quality and on-time delivery in line with customer requirements.
• Analyze business and production data to make strategic decisions.
• Implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement.
• Propose and implement initiatives to enhance software production processes, improving product effectiveness and quality.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance, business results, and key performance indicators to the company leadership.

Customer and Partner Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to deepen and expand existing customer relationships.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly and effectively.

Team Development:

• Recruit, build, and develop the team of software engineers, project managers, and other relevant positions within the center.
• Train, coach, and enhance professional skills for staff, ensuring the team stays up to date with new technologies and industry trends.
• Manage team performance, assess and propose appropriate reward and promotion policies.
• Foster a culture of passion, positivity, creativity, and innovation within the production team.

Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field within the IT sector.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese (N2 certification or higher).

Professional Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a senior management position (such as Head/Deputy Head of the Production Department, Director, or equivalent).
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and project management tools (Redmine, Jira, Trello, etc.).

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of software development technologies and industry trends.
