Identify and cultivate partnerships with local KOLs/influencers, communities, projects, and other relevant entities within the English-speaking market to drive user acquisition and brand visibility.
Act as a company ambassador to maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing platforms.
Oversee the implementation and performance of KOL marketing initiatives; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of collaborations and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Stay informed on global industry trends and competitor strategies to proactively develop and adjust marketing approaches.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is highly preferred.
Familiarity with financial markets including stocks, futures, and digital asset trading is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and patience.
Able to work effectively under pressure with a results-driven mindset.
Passionate about the cryptocurrency space.
2–5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Eagerness to learn and grow alongside the company.
