Mô tả công việc

Act as the communication bridge between Japanese clients and the project team in Vietnam.
Engage directly with Japanese clients in meetings to discuss, negotiate, analyze project requirements, and relay them to the project team in Vietnam.
Manage small projects (training and guidance will be provided if necessary): including project planning, monitoring progress, team management, and ensuring timely delivery and quality of the project.
Ensure project execution adheres to the client’s specifications and timeline.
Provide guidance to project team members on processes and technical aspects of the project.
Perform other tasks as required by the project.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficient in Japanese (N2 or equivalent) with strong communication skills.
Experience as a BrSE or Japanese-speaking PM.
Proficient in writing Basic Design and Detail Design documents.
Strong technical knowledge base.
Prefer candidates with experience managing a team of 2-3 people; training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
High responsibility in work and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Strong logical thinking, algorithm skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems.
