Mô tả công việc

Gather and document business requirements in alignment with company standards. Prepare requests for proposals and facilitate all necessary meetings to support the selection of project services and products.
Analyze and clarify business requirements, design documents, and project processes. Assist in the development of website/software features to automate or improve existing systems and procedures.
Conduct strategic analysis for the project and recommend potential business solutions based on specified requirements. Assess system change requirements and their impact, participating in the design and implementation stages of projects.
Develop detailed project plans, set goals, and create budgets; identify required resources. Manage project schedules, resources, and quality during system implementation or development.
Oversee all phases of the project, coordinating with the team and vendors to address issues and ensure the project stays on track.
Present proposals for system improvements, ideas for enhancements, and other system-related recommendations.
Collaborate closely with the IT development team and vendors, serving as an analyst, designer, and supervisor to resolve business requirements and issues.
Delegate tasks based on the strengths, skills, and experience levels of junior team members. Monitor project performance to ensure successful completion of both short-term and long-term goals.
Participate in conferences and training sessions as needed to maintain expertise and proficiency.
Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in system implementation or system integration, with at least 2 years in project management or a similar role. PMP certification is a plus.
Strong experience in supply chain and operations processes, with extensive knowledge of SAP modules (PP, PM, MRP, etc.) and Supply Chain Solutions (Procurement, Transportation, Warehouse, Logistics, etc.).
Familiarity with supply chain and factory processes, especially in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in programming or software development considered a plus.
Strong analytical abilities and a business-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational skills. Skilled in project management and customer service.
Solid understanding of software development processes.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
Proficient in English communication.
