Lead Software Development: Guide and manage the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment, using technologies such as Java, PHP, JavaScript, C++, C#, Web Services, and relational databases.
Service Delivery & SLA Management: Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs for contract services to ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and the achievement of business goals.
Operational Oversight: Monitor and support the ongoing service delivery, ensuring systems, processes, and methodologies are followed for optimal performance and efficiency.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring alignment on expectations and consistent communication.
Service Review & Improvement: Participate in client service review meetings to discuss performance, quality, and process improvements, and identify opportunities for service enhancement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software development and project management.
Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
